Dot’s Chicken Fingers
You Will Need:
- 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup seasoned flour (pepper, paprika, salt)
- 2 eggs – beaten
- 2 cups Dot's Pretzel Crumble
Coat chicken in flour, dust off excess. Dip into the egg and then into the Pretzel Crumble. Place aside until all have been coated. Shallow fry in 3 T of oil.
