Dot’s Meatballs

You Will Need:
- 1 lb 80/20 hamburger
- 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
- 1 cup of Dot’s Pretzel Crumble
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 t garlic salt
Directions
Mix together Pretzel Crumble, milk, carrots, onion, egg, cheese, pepper and garlic salt and place in the fridge for a half hour. Add meat and sausage (do not over mix, this will make the meatball tough). Let mixture set for another half hour in fridge.
Form into the size of meatball you desire. Brown on each side and finish in a 350 degree oven until done. Approximately 15-20 minutes depending on the size of your meatball. Serve alongside pasta, in a sandwich or just as an party snack.
Add a little fun to your meatballs and use Dot’s Pretzels as toothpicks!
